Shelf Price Policy:

In the event that the price displayed at the checkout differs from the price indicated on the shelf, the following policy will be applied:

• If a discrepancy occurs, the customer is entitled to receive one item free of charge and purchase the incorrectly priced item at the lowest price indicated.

• It is ensured that the barcode on the product, at the checkout, and on the shelf are all identical for consistency and accuracy in pricing.

Qualifying Terms and Conditions:

• Only items with the same barcode are eligible for purchase at the lowest price.

• The lowest price is determined between the shelf and the checkout price.

• Only items already scanned at the checkout are eligible for purchase at the lowest price.

• This policy is applicable to retail customers only.
